Easy to use, fast customer service. I use this app in 2 Stores, the Menu can be personalized as you like
Added a new mega menu to our site using the Globo Mega Menu app. Received support from the team who were extremely helpful and did all they could to ensure our requests were dealt with

Originally I gave them a 1 star review because downloading the app destroyed my entire store. I reached out and Globo, who has really good customer service. They restored my page to what it was originally. What I do not know is, was there a problem on either end that caused my sight to become scrambled?

Very attentive at all times, they have solved the problems in a few hours, both Sarah and the programmers.
Fantastic App, Sarah & her support team assisted with our entire setup of the menu and we got the new mega menu working exactly as we needed in no time at all. I would highly recommend this app to add that little extra detail to your Shopfiy Website.
It's terrible- doesn't save your work. No undo button. Things changed on me even when I saved them. I had to redo my menus 3 times b/c some how my sub menus were dragged out and I couldn't drag them back.
I checked some other apps as well. This one is really user friendly and has everything I needed. I recommend!
Best mega menu on shopify, great support when you want to make changes and need help.

Works wonderfully. So much better than what the theme gives you. Easy to use. Adds so much functionality to my site.
