Absolutely impressed by the support from Sarah and the Globo Mega Menu team.
I encountered a conflict where both the default Shopify menu and the new Globo menu were displaying at the same time. Sarah responded within minutes, and to my surprise, she quickly coordinated with the developer team to fix the issue flawlessly.

So far, so good! Every time I’ve had minor issues here and there, the developers have been incredibly quick to respond and resolve them. I didn’t even need to follow up. The next day, everything was fixed without me needing to elaborate further on the issues. They understood immediately.

Hello, I had an issue with my Shopify Site concerning Footer menu. I didn't resolve this issue directly in Shopify chat, and I decided to install Globo Mega Menu with intention to receive a help there. It was not a mistake at all. Though I didn't use the possibilities of Globo, my consultant Henry and Globo team discovered the option to create Footer menu as the internal Shopify option.
I'm very thankful to Henry and Globo team for their competent assistance! Maybe in future I will take the advantages from the Globo resources as well.
