Globo Mega Menu, Navigation

Decided to go with the newer (more complex) Galleria Shopify Theme. Had many coding issues with trying to install various other types of Mega Menus. Didn't seem like this one was going to work either ... was getting quite frustrated after spending so much $$$ on the theme Lol... Until I reached out to this app's support team who swiftly entered into my store and fixed the coding issues quickly for both mobile and desktop. The support team was actually online on live chat and assisted me with the issue immediately vs. e-mailing other Mega Menu app support teams and some would not even respond to my enquiry. Good thing there is the free trial period! :) It is truly an easy-to-use app for shop owners AND extremely user-friendly for customers who will find your navigation fun to use and full of impressive collection slides and enticing product pictures! I absolutely LOVE this app! I love it so much I don't even want to leave this review because I don't want my competitors to find out about it! Joking ofcourse... sort of! :) 5 STARS FOR THE APP & SUPPORT TEAM! ★★★★★

Look, my review is entirely about the customer service team. Seriously, their customer service team is absolutely phenomenal. The app wasn't showing on my website, so I messaged them on the weekend, expecting a reply on the next business day, but nope, they literally replied right away and solved the problem throughout the weekend, constantly remaining in touch with me. S+ customer service.

Sometimes I get bugs and the app seems to be a little bit heavy to load and could be optimized (I think... and hope it will in the future...). But Sarah (email support) and the dev team are always here and quick to help and fix the issue. It's very easy to make a super mega menu for your website ;)

The best app I have used so far.
Easy to use and make a gorgeous megamenu. Some small issues when I installed the app, but support fixed that in less than 30 minutes :)

Great and easy app

Great app. Awesome customer support. Has all we need really. Easy to use and with customer support it is no brainer to install and keep on our store for good. For now, we're on the free plan, but as we grow, we're happy to pay, just because their customer support is awesome and quick. Highly recommended.

I tried all 3 Mega Menu shopify apps and this one is by far THE EASIEST TO USE and the most affordable. The others all get your with 'free' versions, but you have to pay 20$ to be able to insert photos! This one has everything you need to build an AWESOME mega menu, pics, tabs and all for 9$. I do wish it was a one time fee, but alas, for me personally it's a must-have. Nahm was quick to respond to emails and sorted any problems out in minutes. Highly recommend.
