The republication of an unpublished menu, without any warning or even acknowledgment, results in the loss of translations across all pages.
We had to make some changes to our web which we hadn't done for some time. We missed a step in using Globo and couldn't work out what we had done wrong. I went onto Globo's Chat and Helen saved us! She had us sorted in no time. Gave us very clear screen shots of what we needed to do from now on and had us up and running very quickly. Globo is very easy to use, on this occasion it was the user. Thank you Helen for your excellent service.
I had a great experience with Helen from Globo Mega Menu support. She was incredibly helpful and quickly identified the issue I was facing. Not only did she explain the problem clearly, but she also fixed it efficiently, saving me a lot of time and frustration. Her professionalism and responsiveness really stood out. I truly appreciate her support.
I've been really happy with the MegaMenu app. It's allowed me to layout my homepage the way I wanted it to look with very little oversight once it was running. Anytime I've run into an issue (rare) they are always so quick to fix it. Most recently I was going back and forth with Clara, and it is always mind-blowing to me how fast solutions are deployed. This company is great and definitely deserves the five stars!
The app is great! It is so easy to use and is much better than the free navigation menu you get with Shopify as standard, due to the extra features. If anything goes wrong (which is rare) it gets fixed very quickly. We had great support from Helen, so thank you!
Helen is incredibly patient and helpful. Whenever I had questions, she resolved everything smoothly and professionally.
I encountered some minor issues, but the response from the customer service representative "Helen" was very quick and she promptly resolved my problem.
App is great and simple to use. We like that we can add menu items but keep them hidden until we are ready to launch that product. The support is very helpful and fast to reply. Steven was fantastic at helping us with a recent translation query. He was very knowledgeable, had excellent customer service and a very positive attitude — truly appreciated the help!
Using Mega Menu for 4+ years now, and worked perfectly so far. Great support as well, especially Helen.
Horrendous service. I contacted Sarah Nguyen about charges that were happening on our account, even though their had been incompatible with our store for many months. She said she'd take it up with the billing department and "get back to me ASAP".
TWO MONTHS later she responds, and says they will refund me for the two months (the two months they charged me for while she took the time to respond to me ASAP). They won't refund any other charges, even though their app was charging me.
I don't care for the money, but on a matter of principle, this tells you exactly what kind of people you are working with.
