Updated review: shortly after I posted a negative review because of a lack of customer support, their team reached out and helped us investigate the issue. Unfortunately, an update impacted our legacy account and because we were on a free version, they didn't seem to bother updating older versions. Ultimately though, we got the issue resolved and Sarah from support was awesome. Keeping one star back because I wish they would have notified that the update was going to happen. A recent upgrade to the app made our menu stop expanding on hover. No access to support -- I would not recommend.
Literally the best customer support and service we have ever received when dealing with a 3rd party Shopify app. The customization possibilities they offer is well beyond what you get with any Shopify theme and it's super easy to use. Don't look anywhere else for a menu app. This one is the best! Thank you to everyone at the Globo team!

Great customer service, super easy to navigate, and relatively well priced for the ease of use! Satisfied with the design of the menu.
On paper it looks great, and when set-up it works well. But to actually work with it is a nightmare, especially trying to edit menu items. At best actions are slow to respond, and most other times the edit just puts the menu in an unresponsive state - often requiring to delete an entire menu tree, and just to start from scratch.
Would be a big thumbs-up for some amateur coders free beta version, but definitely not what one would expect from a premium priced commercial app.
Excellent support from their team. Diligent and responsive - fixed an issue for me with no hassle. Thanks guys.
easy to use, good technical support...not so expensive
This app is working really well for us so far. We had a few hiccups in functionality at the beginning but the support staff solved our issues in a quick and efficient manner.
