I had an issue where my parent menu item stopped being clickable after adding a dropdown. I reached out to support, and they were quick to fix it! Now, my menu works exactly how I need it. Great app and even better customer service. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best menu app I’ve ever used! The interface is super intuitive and packed with useful features, making it easy to navigate and customize. Even though the app is very user-friendly, I ran into a couple of things I couldn’t figure out on my own — but the support team was amazing! They responded incredibly fast and helped me solve everything in no time. Truly top-notch service. Highly recommended!
Excellent support. I set up Globo and there were a few things not quite right. I wrote to them on chat and it was all fixed within a very short time while I waited. Thank you. Plus my menu is now so much easier to navigate and user friendly. Thanks!!!
What a fantastic addition this is to our shop! Took a while to ensure my Nav Bar was all set up and working as it should be, but the support has been excellent. Sarah was the person who helped my fix any issues and was quick on the online chat to ensure we worked together to get it set up and working correct.
The Mega Menu adds an extra touch to any Shopify store and enhances the layout and customer shopping experience.
Note: I would set up and test on a none live theme first, to make sure you get it working correctly before going live.
