Customer Service is top-notch! The app as well does work very well. I had to contact them to have help with it showing on-site but they did that very quickly. I did not need it any longer so I deleted it. I do wish however that Shopify would also delete the billing to it once uninstalled they used to and now Shopify allows apps to continue to bill you even after you delete it. That is on Shopify and not the Apps themselves. App developers are taking the heat for something Shopify is implementing and that is unfair to the app developers/services. I would recommend this app to others that would find it helpful, and again their customer service is TOP-NOTCH...

Despite it being a local holiday where the support team are located when we had an issue, communication was quick, friendly and supportive. Fortunately, our issue resolved itself overnight, but our little problem was taken very seriously, and Sarah was also very responsive and helpful. Very impressed!

So far am finding that this app does what it is meant to do! But what I am really impressed with is the level of service, help and adjustments they are able to do with us to make it function exactly how we want it to. We are still early stages of using it and need to fine tune/implement in a broader manner, but what we have been able to do and use with the developers help has been great! Service is TOP NOTCH!

We use Globo for a few apps and their support and customisation is unlike any other! Helen and the team always go above and beyond to help us out with tweaks to make these apps work best for our store.
