Excellent, speedy service & help! One of my favourite apps <3

I am genuinely amazed by GLO's customer support! They answer chat inquiries in just a few minutes, which is impressive, but their dedication goes even further. If a problem cannot be fixed immediately, their technical team intervenes and offers a solution within 24 hours. They not only resolve the issue but also provide thorough guidelines on how to avoid it in the future. This degree of care and meticulousness demonstrates their genuine appreciation for their customers. It's uncommon to encounter support that is so responsive and comprehensive these days—GLO genuinely sets the benchmark!

This app has worked wonders for us. We recently implemented a new product line and wanted to introduce 'Goldilocks pricing', i.e., show our good, better and best product versions - this app allowed us to seamlessly roll out across the range.

Likewise, we recently implemented bulk savings product lines - perfect for drawing traffic in from advertising on low priced products and upsell the bulk savings product, and visa versa.

We'll continue to roll this out in more ways, but above all, if you have any issues with implementation, the support team from these guys is second to none. Highly recommend app and support (thanks Sarah).

I’m extremely pleased with the support and responsiveness of the Globo team. Any issues I've encountered have been resolved within 24 hours, often much quicker. Their pricing is reasonable, and the app’s functionality is excellent. Navigating the dashboard can take a bit of time at first, but with such exceptional support, it's simply a matter of patience. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them
