Worst çustomer support.. without any reason suspend my account when I contacted them don't answer

Worst Dropshipping app. Fraud App. Totally Scam. Please Stay away from this fraud app if you want to earn money from dropshipping

Pathetic Experience. Glowroad will steal all your margins. They don't give proper and correct margins. If you will ask for payment sheet, they will say that they cannot provide. Please don't use this fraud dropshipping app

Not able loing on Shopify even try connect with customer support no resolutions.

Pathetic service no support , my first order from customer and its not approved and dispatched after 6 days. NO response on mail only one response which says and i quote"We are sorry for the hassle you have gone through.We would like to inform you that we have already forwarded your request to the concerned team, and we will ensure to dispatch the order at the earliest, kindly do not worry. " and even on live chat they says we will dispatch the order asap. This was my first order and this situation made me stop all my promotions as i don't even know how Glowroad going to handle the delivery.

Product pricing for this Shopify app is worst. There is high difference in product pricing as compared to their mobile app. Margins become thin and quality does not justify the price. Customers retention and building a trust is hard experience. I hope they come up the solution for their product pricing and match them with their mobile app pricing.

There are products which are getting sold on more than MRP? How is that possible in india. Refer all products of beardo

The app is some time giving errors while importing products but that's transient error and self corrected, if you reopen it after few seconds. I raised issues related to product quality, app issues. No contact number from Glowroad to talk to the customer care on urgent issues. I ordered products to check and found most of the products look like used/old/fake as we got without any tags, low quality fabric, poor design quality etc. The products are also overpriced. The data feed from GlowRoad is still not giving information such as brand name, MPN/GTIN etc. There is an issue that you cannot use application wallet/discount codes/coupon, which allows users to buy anything against previous refunds etc. as it may reduce the product price to less than glow road cost price. Products cost price is also an issue as I see at myshopprime website, products are being sold at or lower the cost price directly to retail buyers.

Don't rely on this App! They need only five star reviews. They don't want to maintain relations with their dropshippers..
