It was easy to launch and do what we needed, but we had to cancel due to all of the fraudulent chargebacks we received. The fraudulent scale wasn't reliable.
We want to clarify for future merchants that our app does not process payments and is not the source of fraudulent chargebacks. We've just launched our online store, and this app works well for our needs. We recently had an issue where the app did not work but that was because of some location settings on our end. Really loving this app so far! We simply wanted our customers to be able to send a digital gift card directly to the recipient, be able to leave a personalized message, and select the date that they wanted it sent. It was super easy to customize the way the product look and the email notifications that were sent out. Also, customer service was so fast and friendly! 5 stars!
