Envia bien los mensajes WA, pero los envía a Nombre de Triciclo y no puedes agregar ni tu logotipo de empresa, eso causa duda sobre sus compras al cliente.
Hola! Ya tenemos la opción de que puedas ingresar tu propio número de whatsapp y cuenta de tu empresa. Con gusto podemos ayudarte a vincularlo =)
Tenemos poco tiempo que instalamos la aplicación y hasta al momento ha sido muy útil para mantener al tanto del envío de su pedido a nuestras clientas al recibir las confirmaciones. Como retro-alimentación para GO... Ayudaría mucho tuvieran la opción en la App y poderlos contactar para apoyar con dudas. Nos gustaría mucho que en un futuro se pudieran modificar los templates para poder enviar los mensajes de manera personalizada y así tuviéramos más opciones, como: el poder enviar un mensaje adicional con alguna encuesta de satisfacción y así poderle ofrecer algún descuento ó promoción a nuestras clientas al contestar la encuesta, (7 días después) una vez que la clienta haya recibido su paquete.
