Nice idea, but i couldn't find a way to edit the notification text.
I think it's a must-have basic feature

Hello! Sorry to hear that, we do have a way to edit the notification text, but as it must be approved by Whatsapp (Meta) we have to change it manually. Simples e prático, a unica coisa é a tradução das mensagens, como padrão deveria ser listado as principais linguas disponiveis. Preciso em Português, mas não tem disponivel

Envia bien los mensajes WA, pero los envía a Nombre de Triciclo y no puedes agregar ni tu logotipo de empresa, eso causa duda sobre sus compras al cliente.

Hola! Ya tenemos la opción de que puedas ingresar tu propio número de whatsapp y cuenta de tu empresa. Con gusto podemos ayudarte a vincularlo =)

No me deja colocar el número de soporte, puse el código con el símbolo + al principio y no deja luego sin código luego solo el número…. Intente 30min de todas las maneras posibles y no deja, es muy estresante

Hola! Lamento mucho lo que ocurrió y que hayas tenido una mala experiencia con la App. Revisé el sistema y al parecer el número se guardó correctamente, pero tal vez, no se reflejó de tu lado y esto causó confusión.

Nos gustaría ayudarte a resolverlo y nos ponemos a tus órdenes para hacerlo. Si nos das una oportunidad, podemos agendar una llamada rápida y nos aseguramos que todo funcione OK.

Tenemos poco tiempo que instalamos la aplicación y hasta al momento ha sido muy útil para mantener al tanto del envío de su pedido a nuestras clientas al recibir las confirmaciones. Como retro-alimentación para GO... Ayudaría mucho tuvieran la opción en la App y poderlos contactar para apoyar con dudas. Nos gustaría mucho que en un futuro se pudieran modificar los templates para poder enviar los mensajes de manera personalizada y así tuviéramos más opciones, como: el poder enviar un mensaje adicional con alguna encuesta de satisfacción y así poderle ofrecer algún descuento ó promoción a nuestras clientas al contestar la encuesta, (7 días después) una vez que la clienta haya recibido su paquete. Saludos
