Ich hatte anfangs Probleme mit der Registrierung und habe im Nachhinein festgestellt, dass ich vermutlich den falschen Einstiegspunkt genutzt habe.

Unabhängig davon war meine Erfahrung mit dem Support leider nicht positiv. Statt sich auf die Klärung des Problems zu konzentrieren, wurde ich mehrfach per E-Mail aufgefordert, meine Bewertung zu ändern oder zu löschen, mit dem Hinweis, dass diese meiner Marke schaden könnte.

Das habe ich als unangemessen und unprofessionell empfunden.

Aus diesem Grund kann ich die App auf Basis meiner Erfahrung nicht empfehlen.

AMAZING APP! I always look for apps with the most amount of features in their free plan as well as their customer support, and both rank SUPREME. I haven't yet encountered a time when my questions were not answered almost immediately in the live chat by the cx team.

After loging as an affiliate, it keep showing the old domain name, instead of new. They says it cannot be changed, time for UpPromote

this app works great. I had a few problems, but the support was able to walk me thru the solutions. many of the problems were me not reading how to do it correctly. great people to work with!

It's early days for me on this tool, but I'm like what I am seeing very Intuitive, smart platform with too many features for me to list here, getting plenty of Affiliate applications but have not selected any yet, as I am vetting them, which I believe is advisable to do.. Customer support is very helpful and I am learning how to use this app to the most with their help. As I said so far so good. It looks like this tool will be very useful.

had this app for less than 24 hours and have 23 random affiliates. They are automatically accepted and its very obvious that they are scam accounts because of their suspicious looking names. Customer support sucks, they take forever to give you an answer. Too bad as it looked promising when I was setting up the account but this app has major privacy and security issues. I also ready loads of reviews of affiliates not getting paid and that is not something good for the reputation of our website.

Overall a really great app. It's allowed me to grow my affilate program for my company. It's super easy to use and the support team has been very helpful. We needed to do a mass delete of some of our inactive affiliates over the past years and they were able to do that for us no problem. Highly recommend. It would be nice if they could add a feature for affiliates to choose a free item gift when they make a first purchase so it gets added to the order right away!

I am completely outraged with the customer service at Goaffpro. I've been stuck with a problem for 24 hours, and the only thing they can think of is to send me an email instructing me to repeat an action that doesn't work. Even so, I have followed their instructions, returning to the app and trying again, but nothing changes. The situation remains the same. The lack of interest and professionalism from their customer support team is unacceptable. There is no excuse for this level of negligence and lack of support. I am furious and still waiting for a real solution

I had so many problems with platforms because most of the just like all social media become indiscriminate breeding grounds for authoritarian blackmail such as blocking for no reason or limiting visibility or features for any number of reasons which are harassing and unnecessary but with Goaffpro all of that is absent and it is simply a great app with amazing support and great features that allow any brand to immediately capitalise on affiliate traffic and sales which helps to catapult exposure and brand awareness into the stratosphere without expensive ad costs. Just downloaded and set up this app, this has been the easiest app I have ever had to set up on my shopify. Once you choose the button upon download that says you dont know anything about the app, they literally walk you through step by step until each step is complete. There was one portion I had confused my self about and used their support , and was blown away at the instruction and walk through I got . It was so quick and got me through my issue in no time! I want to add that it was my lack of knowledge that led to my confusion not the app! 10/10 would recommend. Looks very professional and well done on my site. SO happy with it!

I have tried several Affiliate Apps and this is the best. Free plans includes everything you need to have a great Affiliate Program for your store. Also if you will upgrade your plan, it will definitely be worth it. Support also answered very quickly.

We installed this about a month ago but because I have been so busy I hadn't the time to set it up. Now that I have, I am so glad I did! This app is intuitive and can be as easy as you want it to be but it is also really powerful in regard to customization. The GoAffPro team is extraordinary when it comes to response time to questions (and I had a few) and is ready to help immediately. The fact that you can set up a free account using this app is great but we opted for the advanced features. Our affiliate page is branded and looks like it lives on our website. The customizations are amazing. So versatile! If you are thinking of starting an affiliate program, GoAffPro is the way to go!

The app worked well with my first store. They even have a feature to allow a set commission/royalty for your affiliate/employees I had no clue about. thanks to the above and beyond great customer service was able to set everything up perfectly.
