Super helpful support and a very useful app! When I reached out about something missing in the API they were able to add a new field for my use case.

this app works great. I had a few problems, but the support was able to walk me thru the solutions. many of the problems were me not reading how to do it correctly. great people to work with!

This app is very powerfull and loaded with function and features. Additionally there is a ton of helpful documentation and if needed the support team is always helpful and responding in a very timely matter.
It is unique as it is so much more then your standard affiliate app with its breath and depth of functions which no doubt is the reason that so many (prior) MLM and party plan companies moved on to this platform.

Great customer service- one of my discount codes wasn't connecting properly to my affiliate and the customer service team was quick to respond and tell me which settings I needed to change (which was a user error on my end in the first place). I'm still new to using the affiliate service, but very pleased so far!

We are using this app since the last 1.5 months and it's awesome to work with. Pretty straightforward UX and UI with everything right there to view and operate. Support is very helpful and the integration with Paypal and banks for payouts is very streamlined. Our collaborators are very happy in using the platform and the custom signup page with our branding makes it very trustworthy for affliates to signup. The fees are very transparent and the setup is very easy. I recommend this app versus other apps that nickel and dime you for every little thing.

So far I am loving the app. We are a GF bakery with one store front and growing our business through word of mouth. We started using GOAFFPRO to organize and communicate with affiliates and it has been super user friendly considering it's capabilities! We are able to do a lot of what we currently need on the free plan, especially as we are learning, but are looking forward to upgrading. Its worth it!

Absolutely perfect on all aspects: The app is very complete and well designed. For all kinds of features we might think of, they already did an option for that. This is very well done and their support is one of the best in reactivity and comprehension on all levels.

App not user friendly.....customers don't understand how to use app. Navigating dashboard very difficult.

Trying to get help from support and have no response for 5 days now.....looking for another referral app option
