Randomly upgraded my account to a premium so having to pay HUGE increase in price!?!?
No warning or email.
It is literally impossible for the ANY app to upgrade or charge without merchant approval. I am sure you know that you have that whole process where you get to see the price -> Then you choose the plan -> The you are taken to Shopify billing page where you are again shown the pricing and there you click Agree before the billing starts the
Nobody can miss all of that

J'avais installée l'application et ne l'ai pas vraiment utilisée jusqu'au jour où j'ai reçu un mail de leur part me disant qu'un affilié avait amené un client.
Faux ! Il s'agit d'une fraude, un client étranger (mon commerce est hyper local), m'ayant volé l'argent d'une commission sur un client qui était déjà dans ma boutique.
Seul le support Goaffpro peut aider et empêcher ce paiement de commission mais je ne suis pas certaine de leur retour à l'heure actuelle.
Prévention et pour ma part je ne ferai plus de programme d'ambassadeurs. Trop risqué pour des petits commerces comme le mien.

At first the app is not super intuitive, but the support is just amazing. If you have a question or an issue, the will help you within minutes. Most of the features you are looking for are probably already in there. It is just not always super easy to find them. But everything works great. Can only recommend.
Rohan helped a lot! Their automatic security measures were top notch and caught the dirty scammers, auto-blocked them and protected my money! Now, I have updated my policies to ask for PROOF of active promo before sending payments! Appreciate them looking out!
I absolutely love this app!! It has all the features that I spent hours looking for with other apps but those either do not provide them all or they are too expensive. You can select hundreds of affiliates directly from this app, you can send the samples within the app, you can do bulk emails, you can convert the affiliates into resources to bring you more affiliates... The list goes on and on and all for a fixed price. No gimmick, no surprise fee. Plus, they are very responsive. Even late at night, they responded to me within minutes and offered all the support and guidance I needed. I highly recommend them and can't wait to start this affiliate journey and generate more revenue.

This app is an excellent starting point for anyone new to affiliate marketing—super beginner-friendly! The customer support really stands out; they’re always quick to respond with helpful, human replies (way better than those robotic responses you get elsewhere). Looking forward to seeing more handy features added in the future!
Very easy to use and has all the functions we need to run a successful affiliate program including paying each person individually. Support team is very helpful, as well!
We've been using it for a few months now. Great robust system. Bunch of interesting features and they are adding new ones. BUt the biggest advantage is the support team - they are very quick and really help you! so kudos to them
Would recommend this app! Has a lot more features than you would think and much better pricing than high end competitors. The support team are responsive and very helpful to any inquiry
