Good so far - only thing bugging me is that I have to add every product individually rather than per collection when setting commissions - would be a LOT more productive if you could set collections..
Update: The functionality is now available in the Commissions page.
Thank you for your review. Setting commissions based on collections is in our roadmap and we are working towards it. It is a bit more complicated as Orders webhook of shopify API does not gives us collection information. Hence we need to get it afresh for every referral order and deduce commissions from there. It is working in our draft implementation but needs a bit more testing before this can be made available.
Rest assured we will release it as soon as possible.
I'm giving this app a 2nd chance after trying a lot of others this one seems pretty good so far. Ill let you know
I used this app to create an affiliate program and it did not disappoint. The set up was so easy and perfectly guided. This is the second website I use this app for! I love the functionality of this website for such a low price!
What an excellent app! I certainly recommend everyone to use this app to launch affiliate program. Even in free version, the app extends all required features helping to grow start up business. Kudos to developer team!

We made the switch from Refersion, where we were for 5 years. The change has been amazing. The UI of GoAffPro is night and day different. It's so much more intuitive. I can do so much more for my Affiliates. The program is stronger because of it. I'm very grateful for this app.

I used this app to help me integrate my affiliates and offer incentives to my customers - it's fantastic, straightforward and super easy to use.

07/11/20 - Thank you for attempting to fix the issue. However, GoAffPro is now no longer communicating with Klaviyo at all - nothing. How do we resolve this? Quickly?

We had such high hopes for this app but have become quite disappointed.
Review after review speaks of how good customer service is and after repeated attempts to get help there has been NO response.
The issue we are having is this - GoAFFPro is not playing nice with Klaviyo. Plainly speaking the integration does not work properly and bits of information are lost in the transfer. This is Particularly true with respect to telephone numbers.
If we could get some assistance on this we would certainly consider updating this review but at the moment we are terribly dissatisfied.

CTO of Goaffpro here, I am not sure, but I was unable to find any ticket number from your store ID. If you can send me the ticket ID at admin@goaffpro.com, I will be able to look at it thoroughly.
I did take a look at the phone number sync issue on your account and it should be fixed now. Klaviyo permits email and phone_number as standard sync items and you should be able to see the phone number information in your klaviyo profiles. Rest of the profile information would be in the extra information tags.

We just started using this app and the response has been great. Very helpful team and they offer more features with their free plan than those we researched. So far so good and we look forward using this app!!
