I've been working with GoAffPro for quite some time now, and I am very pleased with their services. They have been supportive throughout this journey and have provided great customer service. Their user-friendly platform has been a great help in making the process easier and more efficient. Plus, the wide range of features and tools they have to offer are really helpful in helping me get the most out of my affiliate program. Can you tell me the ticket number which went unanswered ? I was able to find your 4 support tickets, and they all were answered in timely manner.
Your last support ticket of Downgrading the app was also processed promptly. As far as refunds are concerned, we do not have the ability to issue a refund, as only Shopify can refund the payments. For this we have given the approval to Katie from Shopify Support team to process the refund at the earliest.

I've tried other affiliate apps and have found Goaffpro to the most intuitive and straightforward. I don't have complex requirements for my affiliate marketing, and Goaffpro does everything I need to without complicating things. Their customer support team is really helpful, friendly and prompt to respond.

So far so good! Very easy to setup. I will come back with an update but for now everything seems to work out.
I've just installed the app, and so far, it seems pretty straightforward. The setup was quick and easy. Also, I like how the basic features are free, so you have plenty of time to build your affiliate team without having to rush through a limited trial period. And then, when the time is right, you can upgrade with no hurry. I recommend the app.
The app is 10/10. It has many useful features to customise it specifically for your needs. It's been 100% accurate with tracking sales. Affiliates get notifications for their sales, which is great. Support has been fantastic too. Thank you for the great service!
