I USED THIS APP AND IT WILL HELP ME VERY WELL, WE GO TO TEST IT, I HOPE WILL BE BEAUTIFUL APP AND HELP FULL,, THANKS TEAM EVERYTHING IS WORKING THANKS AGAIN,, GOAFFPRO.
was very easy and fast to set up. works wonderfully - in this store. I have another store however and the set up in there was not the same guided and easy process. I also have issues in the second store with the app performance in sending new affiliates the welcome email and it wont resend. My last complaint is that there is no chat, so only email communication and it isn't fast, nor have they addressed my email issue, instead telling me to do something that is already done. If I was reviewing on my first store, I would give it a 10 star rating, it's amazing.. But as I have two stores with the app, and the second is not working correctly, with not great tech support, I would give the second 3 stars at best.

And they are responsive, and have addressed the issue. It's being escalated to a tech team as it's a funky issue! But for now, there is workarounds in place and it is doing what it should.
I think the facebook chat option should be in the app itself so people know. it's frustrating when you cant chat and have to go to lengths to find that option.

Testing the app, until now everything is running smoothly. The tutorial is very good. Will revert once I begin to use the other features as well.
It was really easy to set up, especially for a beginner. I just had to follow the instructions step by step. The interface is really nicely structured and user friendly, I am sure my affiliates will have a very nice user experience.

The app offers a lot of flexibility and customization. However, the default email notifications can't be edited as long as you are on the free plan.
Unfortunately, the default Japanese translation in the app is of such poor quality that ALL texts need to be rewritten from scratch. So depending on the language one is using, the free plan is never an option.
I offered to provide GoAffPro with a flawless Japanese translation for the email notifications which would also benefit other Japanese shops, but they would rather force me to subscribe to their premium plan than improve the quality of the Japanese version.
I find it also disturbing that replies to my inquiries don't include the name or contact information of the customer service person.

Thanks for the feedback. We disabled the functionality to avoid spam issues coming from free users. Free accounts users would many times just edit the templates with their custom content and bulk import hundreds of "affiliates" to spam them with the invites, as the free plan supports unlimited affiliates.
Though we strive to provide the most features for a free plan, but I guess we can't keep everyone happy.
The premium plan is also amongst cheapest for the features, so if the email translations are a must have you can upgrade to the $29/mo unlimited premium plan to edit the templates (and in addition support the app and its developers)
I don't see a point in using this app. Emailed support asking some questions on the marketplace, did not get a response. If you're looking for an affiliate program with a marketplace where affiliates can find you, this is not it. You have to find your own affiliates.

The app is intended to provide you with a fair and unbiased handler to establish trust between you and your affiliates. The reason marketplace is currently in beta and not live yet, is because, by providing you with our affiliates, the trust with merchant is bound to break over long term.
The simple reason is that you cannot independently trust the tracking of an affiliate NETWORK, and have to have your own tracking methods to know that the sales being claimed by the network's affiliates are actually correct and not organic sales being reported as referral sales (by THEIR app)
Even if you use a affiliate network to get you sales, you still should have your own verification mechanism otherwise you will loose money to fraudulent orders and refund scams. We have been in this business for over a decade and know why offering a network is actually detrimental to the merchant's business.

After installing the app, I keep receiving emails about Goaff Pro from India.
The emails say I am now "on a list to continue receiving future emails".
What in the heck is going on?
