Just started using this app, and it has been great. I had a few issues, and the support was very responsive and helpful! Shopify unfortunately is still reporting orders that have been edited without the edit taken into account, so the commission for an affiliate was showing as double. Support helped make this amount correct very quickly for me. Thank you!
We use it to work with our affiliates and loving it! So do our partners :) Everything is so easy to understand and use once you are done with your initial setup. Definitely a 5-star.

I just went through the setup process and it was so easy, just the way I like it! I have gone through app that were way too complex for my busy schedule.
The app worked well with my first store. They even have a feature to allow a set commission/royalty for your affiliate/employees I had no clue about. thanks to the above and beyond great customer service was able to set everything up perfectly. Customer service is top game, always replies to questions.

[update] : for future readers the royalties is a feature on the premium plan and the merchant is looking for free / cheaper option
If you want to give 20% commission on every sale to a particular affiliate you can use royalties feature to set 20% commission for all products to an affiliate

You can set a rule like
> Product name
> Matches
> .
> Give 20% to
> The affiliate
Note we use dot in the Matches field as that matches every product

The app can range for standard to very complete and become quite complexe, but thanks to the amazingly fast and responsive tech support everything seems so easy and self-handled. Great support, it almost feels like picking-up the phone.
