great support! I had to translate the app and change it into RTL and they've done it within couple of hours! thanks guys

I didn't get email notification when somebody signs up. I contacted the support twice via "Get support" dashboard but didn't get any help. Don;t know how to do :((( Also my store didn't work on the app.

Great App and Entirely FREE.... We installed it last week and already made money from it... It's a loyalty program on steroids... Help us reward our most loyal customers with their own unique coupon code... and referral code...

**Update: The problem was actually resolved by further observing the interaction journey from site, to affiliate link, and also by way of the app. The link was broken and needed to be recoded in order to execute properly. The Studsmen Brand appreciates the timely manner of the Goaffpro support team reaching out, although we weren't available. When time permitted for a response, it was well and an apology issued on our behalf. This app does what its intended purposes is for, and we absolutely appreciate the Goaffpro - Affiliate Marketing team. Again, thank you for your time. Their mission accomplished, and our issue resolve. That deserves a boosted rating right!? You deserve it!

Right now, only a rate of one star can be given at the moment. This app is actually helpful, but now the store is getting an error message on both desktop and mobile. The error message is 403 Reload. It's not loading at all, and it keeps stating that there is an invalid certificate. Pretty sure this can be resolved, and business can resume.

I like the concept of the app, but the instructions are really not that clear. However, the customer service makes up for the lack of instructions on the setup.

I used this app to help me increase sales in my new online store. So far the free features of the app have been sufficient. I have been able to recruit 5 affiliates and they were able to signup with ease. Once I reach a higher number of affiliates I may consider upgrading the app to benefit from all the features. So far the app has been performing well and the team behind the app has answered all my questions in a timely manner. This app gets 5 stars for me and I would recommend it to anyone looking to boost sales through an affiliate program.

What a great app with quick response when you are in need of support. I absolutely recommend it. I have been struggling with commission payments and calculations for my distributors but with this software, I found an easy solution to my problems and no more working 18 hours in a day calculating commission payments.

I've used GoAffpro for a year so far, and their affiliate program is so easy to navigate, and their customer service is great. We just moved from WooCommerce to Shopify, and they were able to transfer our program without any hiccups for our affiliates! Seriously happy with this app.

Without any setup change, our commission system changed working differently after Feb 6 and we are having issues with our affiliates due to that. They are slow on resolving our issue.
