Unfortunately I have to downgrade my review. This app has become so convoluted and the UX is very poor. I struggle to find anything. In addition, the settings seem to have changed randomly with an update, and suddenly shipping and tax was added to the calculation, which doubled the commissions I had to pay out. Luckily there isn't much traffic on this program yet.
The customer support is fast, but not very good on details.
Do NOT enable the public webpage where affiliates can self-enroll, or 99% of your "affiliates" are going to be bloodsucking leeches in the form of coupon-sharing websites that do nothing to promote your business.
The app itself works fine.
App is well made and support is fast to answer. Would have been perfect if there would gave been A/B testing. I might be wrong but all mailing app or apps allow to do A/B testing (sending people to different mailing lists).
Here you can do this if you can code or they can do it for you but it's 199usd...
Can someone please assist. The Goaff pro affiliate marketing page on my store gives a 404 error all of a sudden. I cannot access the app dashboard to see what's going on as it just loads.

The issue that you mentioned in your email looks like a browser cache issue. The app itself is working fine on our end. Did you try with a page refresh ? Did that solve the issue ?

this app works ok and has many great features, but support never replies. if i could just get a few questions answered, i'd give them 5 stars.
Nice platform but contacted customer support now a couple times over the span of 1-2 weeks and just didn't get a reply. So still waiting on their answer.

Would have given this a 5 star rating if it were not for the glaring omission of a lack of notification when your affiliates cross their Payment amount threshold - a simple email to say - Affiliate X is now due to be paid - instead I have to go into the software find the screen on a regular basis to double check. Should happen automatically. Causes a lack of trust by my affiliates as they are telling me that I need to pay them, whereas previously we knew exactly when to pay them without having to check all the time.

The affiliate portal (and the mobile app) supports 18+ languages. To change the language of the affiliate portal, see Look & Feel -> Store profile tab -> Affiliate portal language section.

I would like to be able to customize the bars at the top that are part of the app - they contrast with the brand colors and it seems you should be able to customize this better.

I am completely outraged with the customer service at Goaffpro. I've been stuck with a problem for 24 hours, and the only thing they can think of is to send me an email instructing me to repeat an action that doesn't work. Even so, I have followed their instructions, returning to the app and trying again, but nothing changes. The situation remains the same. The lack of interest and professionalism from their customer support team is unacceptable. There is no excuse for this level of negligence and lack of support. I am furious and still waiting for a real solution

Awesome app!! I had so many problems with platforms because most of the just like all social media become indiscriminate breeding grounds for authoritarian blackmail such as blocking for no reason or limiting visibility or features for any number of reasons which are harassing and unnecessary but with Goaffpro all of that is absent and it is simply a great app with amazing support and great features that allow any brand to immediately capitalise on affiliate traffic and sales which helps to catapult exposure and brand awareness into the stratosphere without expensive ad costs. It’s a refreshing app and I’m so grateful that I found it!! A+++++++

I have tried several Affiliate Apps and this is the best. Free plans includes everything you need to have a great Affiliate Program for your store. Also if you will upgrade your plan, it will definitely be worth it. Support also answered very quickly.
We installed this about a month ago but because I have been so busy I hadn't the time to set it up. Now that I have, I am so glad I did! This app is intuitive and can be as easy as you want it to be but it is also really powerful in regard to customization. The GoAffPro team is extraordinary when it comes to response time to questions (and I had a few) and is ready to help immediately. The fact that you can set up a free account using this app is great but we opted for the advanced features. Our affiliate page is branded and looks like it lives on our website. The customizations are amazing. So versatile! If you are thinking of starting an affiliate program, GoAffPro is the way to go!

This is a great app. The ease of setup and integration into the flow has greatly helped. The dashboard and automatically paying of affiliates makes it alot easier. The back end support is fast and easy to understand

Great app and customer service. We have been using it since 2020 with our multiple stores. The batch payment processing via Paypal payout save a lot of times for us as. well.
I have started using Goaffpro recently, and so far have found the app and support to be excellent. I would certainly recommend it.

This is an excellent app does all I expect and more. For now, I'm on the free version but I will definitely be upgrading as my store grows. Customer service is quick and efficient.
I have been using this app since 2020, it’s been on all of my stores through this time. I love it because it’s simple and makes things easy for my followers to sign up. It’s also easy for my clients to install and understand how to use on their own. When switching stores, my information from the previous can be integrated over and that is a life saver. Customer service is quick, easy to get a clear answer and straight to the point. I have enjoyed this app and continue to use it still.

I absolutely love it, just have one problem I can't upload my CSV files. I get as far as to open it, but does not give me the option to import my orders so that they can get allocated to the affiliates.

I made an error I couldn’t figure out how to fix on my own and they sent a detail email on how to fix it and it was super easy to fix. I love everything so far about this app! I downloaded several affiliate apps to see which one was most user friendly for me to use and this one is by far the best!

My shop uses this app to manage our affiliate program. We had no prior experience with an affiliate program and we found this app very easy to use. We like it a lot and so far their customer support has been amazing to work with on any questions or help we needed. Highly recommend.
Extremely helpful. I was having issues connecting but I reached out and they manually did it for me.
Set up was nice and easy! I hope it stays this way. It seems to be working nicely. I like how customizable the free version is!
I downloaded the app and got stuck on the settings. Was asked to write my company URL for the affiliate platform and I did that, " https://ooomanna-com.goaffpro.com", this was provided to me after downloading.
But it was not recognized so tried many variations,all of them denied.
I immediately sent message requesting support, this was 4 days ago, there's no response to these day.
I have seen lots of complaints on customer service but I didn't expect it to be this worse.
I appreciate you developing very useful app and offering it for free, but what's the use downloading if it not applicable.
I need some body to help me with the setup otherwise I have to look elsewhere.

Wow! New to the affiliate 'stuff' and was nervous to install this (or any app). I went with the free set-up for now, and am very impressed at ALL the options it provides. I had one very very minor thing I couldn't figure out and emailed support. Within 5 minutes, I received a thorough response, and I was ALL set! Launched it the same day I installed it. My advice: take your time going thru every nook and cranny because they really offer you a lot of great tools to customize it to your liking. I'm highly impressed!! Thank you!!
