Easy to integrate. I like that they are sending notifications both to sellers and customers about the status of the shipping. I also like the cheaper alternative compared to other couriers. Hoping that they maintain the quality of service they currently offer and improve it more overtime. Thank you for making our lives less complicated.
Seamless process so far. My only request is hopefully they add COD option soon.

I hope future updates would have the ff:
- extended processing cutoff instead of 12mn for next day booking
- integrate order numbers via remarks
- shopify checkout integration to integrate barangays
But nonetheless, it's a good app.
Really great overall - so easy to schedule pick-ups (next day too) via this plug-in and avoid manually input of details for both sender and receiver. Easy to download / print waybills and it even automatically fulfills the orders upon scheduling and send customers their tracking number. Looking forward to continue using this for my delivery needs moving forward.
Really great for streamlining the process of booking and paying for deliveries. Using this has significantly reduced the errors that can occur during the booking process. GGX offers more competitive rates to Shopify merchants, which is also very appreciated. The tracking link they provide is also always updated so you always have an idea of where your parcel is (compared to LBC where they update tracking info so slowly that their tracking system only reflects anything after its already delivered.) UX is one of the better ones I've seen among shipping company Shopify apps in the Philippines (maybe even the best one)
There are some bugs in the app and the ones I reported months ago that have yet to be addressed. The biggest ones are (1) How sometimes the GCash option bugs out and doesn't let me pay while booking and (2) That the app messes with Shopify's automated shipping confirmation emails so that I have to manually email customers that there are updates with their order. Though workarounds are easy enough, it's still inconvenient to have to email customers manually so that there's a record of shipping info being sent on the order timeline in Shopify.
Because the team is slow to address bugs, I'm not expecting that major changes or updates will be made to the app any time soon, but honestly it generally works great and has a clear enough UX that I'm still happy to stay in business with GGX. I hope GGX continues to invest in their Shopify App team so they can continue to stay ahead and by maintaining and improving this app.
I love how the GGX shopify app is so easy to use, it is still lacking a bit in features but while it is under development, the user-experience is great
Great app. But you have lazy riders for deliveries.
I have been doing e-commerce since April 2021 and Gogoxpress is simply the best courier service to date. They offer the lowest fees and customer service is great. Credits to GGX and their team. Looking forward to more innovations and improvements!

This app simplifies our fulfillment process a lot & is easy to use. I don't need to manually place the shipping details on the website anymore. It automatically updates the fulfillment of the order once the pick up is booked, BUT there is no update / feature to inform the customer that the package is on its way with their tracking number.
Customer service also needs a lot of improvement as well since they do not respond to customer concerns.
