無料で使える機能も素晴らしく。アンケート機能もしっかり動いています。質問があったので、担当者のアンダーセンさんが丁寧に答えてくれました。それだけではなく、２週間後にフォローアップのメールもしてくれました。とても素晴らしいソフトとサービスだと思います。お勧めできます。

Great tool. We are using it as part of a Klaviyo Flow as well as implemented in the Checkout section. The setup process was easy and we could portray our corporate design too. It's nice to have a quiz option part of the app too, which is something we want to tackle next.

Sehr einfach zu integrieren. Wir benutzen die App, um die Käufer nach Abschließen der Bestellung zu befragen. Die Umfrage wird sehr häufig ausgefüllt und die Ergebnisse sind sehr hilfreich.

アプリ導入時、アンケートの回答が選択肢+テキスト入力ができるアプリが、こちらだけだったのが決め手でした。
アンケートは購入後の画面にシームレスで表示されるので、回答率も高くとても便利です。
また質問への回答も素早く、とても丁寧で大変感謝しております。
先日は修正方法を動画付きで教えていただけて驚きました。
アプリ自体もサポート体制も、日本製ならではの安心感です。

I am a big fan of Gojiberry. I think it might be one of the most easy to use and clean post-purchase survey tools on shopify. The team who runs this are top notch, and really took the time to make sure that we felt supported. And i think the 5 second survey is a very unique and useful tool that has helped us better understand our customers wants. Amazing job!

オンラインショップでは顧客の声を直接聞く機会が限られがちです。以前は別のアプリを使用していましたが、技術的な問題で利用できなくなり、その後、このアプリを見つけました。前のアプリでは有料版を利用していたものの、サポートからの返信がなく困っていました。しかし、このアプリは直感的で使いやすいUIが魅力で、無料にも関わらずサポート体制が充実しており、機能のアップデートも頻繁に行われています。さらに、アンケート調査への回答率が高く、非常に満足しています。現在は利用している機能の全てを使いこなせていないため、今後さらに多くの機能を活用していく予定です。
