Tries to claim sales commission on orders that were manual entries for custom order with clients we've been working with for years. Did not bring any traffic. Still awaiting their refund on incorrect sales commissions.

After wasting a ton of our time, received a condescending email from one of the owners. They didn't list any of their requirements for "proving" we are US based (which our address and labeling clearly show we are). They wanted us to have a "mission statement" and a number of other things. Not sure if the founders were Jr High school teachers, but it really felt like they were on that level. Instead of asking where information was, they chose to be unprofessional and waste our time. I know they are new to this as they are just launching, but some of this should be common sense and they need to understand our time is valuable.
