Tries to claim sales commission on orders that were manual entries for custom order with clients we've been working with for years. Did not bring any traffic. Still awaiting their refund on incorrect sales commissions.
We're truly sorry you had this experience Sydney. We are a small business too and are always learning and addressing bugs as soon as we're aware of them. We're really grateful you brought this issue to our attention as soon as you discovered it, which gave gave us the opportunity to make it right by refunding the charge within 30 min of your email. We've remedied this issue to prevent it from happening again. Please know we were thrilled to have Vertical Ledge as a goodbuy small business and would love to have you back.
After wasting a ton of our time, received a condescending email from one of the owners. They didn't list any of their requirements for "proving" we are US based (which our address and labeling clearly show we are). They wanted us to have a "mission statement" and a number of other things. Not sure if the founders were Jr High school teachers, but it really felt like they were on that level. Instead of asking where information was, they chose to be unprofessional and waste our time. I know they are new to this as they are just launching, but some of this should be common sense and they need to understand our time is valuable.
