I really appreciate the help that Swati Lohani gives me to create my account, I love the incentive of hers doing stuff on my behalf and contacting me when she sees an issue. The support form Cedcommerce has been great so far.

Great app, the only thing I have found to sync quantities with Google Shopping Actions and Shipstation. Some initial bugs to work out but everything is working great at this point and this app has saved me a lot of time updating inventory quantities and prevented a fair share of inventory issues like over-selling.

I had trouble setting up with google merchant, this app and the support helped me. The support was fantastic, they answered all my questions without hesitation. I highly recommend this app and will be using them for other applications.

The customer support team on this app is unlike any app I've ever used. I had to go back and forth with them through e-mails and whatsapp to solve several issues and they went above and beyond to help, even giving me free consultations so we could solve the problems. I was so frustrated with repeating "Your account is suspended" message from google. All I could do was following the links that Google provided. Without knowing what is exactly wrong with my account, it is almost impossible for me to figure what to follow on Google Help, right? I just clicked on a little yellow chat button on this app. The expert immediately looked through my store and told me what I should do. I loved how fast and clear their help is. I honestly planned to use just free plan but I am going to use the paid plan. The level of their help is another level.
