This is the best app that I've ever downloaded to my Shopify and I've had my store for 4 years. CedCommerce Infomedia's team has been phenomenal. Swati Lohani is a tremendous help, we got Google shop up and running in no time. They also support the setting of Ad Words. and valuable feedback to improve the store's performance. I HIGHLY recommend this app! They deserve 10 starts if allowed.
This app is unique. It was the only google feed app I found that let me change the weights of the products before uploading to google. This is a big advantage. Customer service is terrific.

So far everything is working perfectly and the team has been giving all the necessary support. I recommend it!
Note: This review is based on the free trial tier of this product. As a new Shopify user and store, I installed this app to help me load my products from Shopify to Google Shopping. I chose this app because I like what I saw was available in their non-free tiers, even if I don't think we are ready to upgrade yet; I'm looking to the future and do not want to have to switch apps when I am ready to grow. What I liked about this app was how easy it was to set up and configure. While instructions were clear and available, they weren't really even needed to get going. Very intuitive and easy to use and my products were syncing with Google within 5 minutes of installing the app. What I *loved* about this app was not the app itself. About a week after installing the app, I had forgotten about it. Then I received a message on WhatsApp from someone in their support group along with a screenshot of my dashboard and a message letting me know there was an issue with my products, and asking if I would like some help getting them accepted by Google. I thought, "sure, why not" and so that's what I said, and within minutes, she was able to dig in, figure out what the issue was, and walk me through what I needed to do in my Google Merchant account to correct the issue. She then had me delete my products in Google Merchant and resync them. And then this morning I woke up to a message from her letting me know she checked on my products overnight and they had all been approved. I am just blown away by the level of support I received from this company, which makes me want to take a much closer look at their other products as well.
I really like this app, it has helped us tremendously with managing a large volume of unique products. We were able to easily install and utilize the service, at a reasonable cost, and continue to advertise our shopping products on Google. Their Customer Service is above and beyond what I expected. Swati has been extremely helpful and incredible support to have on your side, AMAZING!!!!! Can't recommend enough and worth every penny!

The plan renews itself every month and breaks the links to shipping settings which unpublished every listing. Many issues with Tech Support. Swati is not a real person but AI...the image is AI. When there were issues, IT would send you down rabbit holes researching errors which did not exist. We had to explain the errors and why they were occurring. Why does the app not notify when the links are broken...and which happens frequently which require complete reset of shipping settings which then requires feed to repopulate. After giving access to Google Account, added an additional third party email without our notice or approval. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

The plan renews every month because its a monthly recurring plan that you chose, and you know that, but renewing plan has got nothing to do with any shipping settings. Shipping settings are broken because you used multiple apps for Google, which is not recommended and was told to you multiple times.
You called our team member an AI, which is a totally an irrelevant term as you yourself have took taken their help on multiple occasions and it does not look professional on your end, and our member Swati has assisted hundreds of sellers so they are not an AI.
Your third party email refers to merchant centre access which you yourself gave, and most sellers do, so how can we add something until you yourself give access. And its the same email that you gave access to.
