I just have started using it, so I do not know how app exactly works, but what can I say now, they have the best customer service, I have ever experienced!
We upgraded to the premium plan expecting proper support, but none of our feeds were approved, and local inventory ads never worked. After payment, support completely stopped responding, even after multiple tickets and emails.
We also felt we were treated unfairly and ignored, which was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Be very cautious before upgrading — communication disappears once payment is made.
