I’ve been using Appio for my Shopify store, and I couldn’t be happier with how easy it was to integrate! The setup process was smooth and not complicated at all. The design is sleek and neat, and I love that it offers so many customization options to tailor the look and feel exactly how I want it. On top of that, Amy from customer service has been incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a user-friendly, professional solution!

We had tried displaying our Google Reviews before using other apps and on our own with code. This app was so much easier to install and setup, and it has a lot of options for how to display your reviews.

Please note, as mentioned by another reviewer here, there is a "watermark" (as they call it) and they ask you to write a review to get it removed. I was uncomfortable with this because I will only review a product when I’ve had a chance to use it. I want my reviews to be honest. I told them that and that I would write a review based on my experience with their app, and they removed the watermark.

One request, though I don’t know if this is unique to us or if others would use it, too: I’d like to be able to put the widget on pages. For example, we have a page with the details about our brick-and-mortar store, so I’d like the reviews to appear there.

EDIT: I wanted to add one more note, because I read reviews before making my decision about an app: There is a negative review here that says you can’t filter reviews. I don’t know if that was written before the feature existed or if the OP simply didn’t see the option, but you CAN filter featured reviews based on star rating and/or by creating a list of blocked words.

EDIT2: I made a request in my review, and a week later I see that the developer has made the change requested. Amazing!

This app makes the process of pulling Google reviews into your platform seamless and efficient. The app is incredibly user-friendly, with a clean interface that guides you through the setup in minutes.

Great App, Exactly what I needed and customer service is easy to respond with. This is an awesome google review application and im very happy with it:)

First, they listen and respond. I asked for a feature that was not there, and they added it pronto. It made their product even better.

They saw a way to make their customers happy, and they just did it.

I wish the other app guys did that. Geez.

FIVE STARS. Best on Shopify. You won't find better.

After their update, my Visual Stability Score for Cumulative Layout shift went up to "Good" from "Poor."
Not saying it was because of their improvement, but I am not saying it isn't. Just saying their app does not hurt performance.
