Reputon Google Reviews

Really happy with the app and the support.

Reputon makes it pretty easy to display Google reviews and collect new ones on Shopify, which is important for building trust with customers. The setup was straightforward, although I had a few questions about Google Merchant reviews and the different Shopify page extensions.

Also, specifically James from support was great. He replied quickly, understood what I was trying to do, and gave me clear, simple instructions to get everything set up. No long explanations or unnecessary back and forth — just quick and helpful answers.

Everything is working well now, and the app does exactly what we needed. Definitely recommend it, especially if you want an easy way to use your Google reviews on your Shopify store.

A great easy-to-use app, and well worth the price considering the potential complexity of setting up Google store ratings on Shopify.

As anyone in e-comm knows reviews go a long way for your store's visibility and earning your customers' trust.

I had a few questions on our initial set up and Sam was a great help.

Great app, we get a lot of business based on our good ratings, so I think it is highly recommended, and we share the ratings with our staff members so they try harder to do an excellent job

Issue was resolved by James. Quick response!

Really great app to showcase google reviews to build up customer trust and very good at collecting reviews also. Very easy to setup.

Easy to set up and modify to my own company standards

Great help and very patient as I was new to this app. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience with support. Sam explained everything with great patience and gave me all the guidance I needed (and more!). It’s rare to find such dedicated assistance. Thank you, Sam!

Had a small issue with a widget on my page. Provide a solution that fixed it in minutes! Super impressed

So far so good. I had an issue setting it up but the service team (Sam) fixed and explained it clearly and promptly. Works for me better that the old review app I was using.
