It's Katy from Tapita.
Our tech had helped and emailed to you several times that the problem was from a plug-in called "snaptrack". Even when you uninstalled our app, if you enable that plug-in, your website will stop loading.
It was not our app problem, proven by these two points:
1. When we helped you disable that plug-in => your website loads fine (with or without Tapita App)
2. When you uninstalled our app and enable that plug-in => website stops loading.
We've emailed you several times but seems the email didn't reach you, we also tried other contact methods. May you please contact us and address the misunderstanding?

the support is great they replied me at 3 am of their time.
I researched and tried 6 other SEO apps before settling with Tapita. For 10$ a month there is no seo app that will do what this does. Believe me I tried. Save your time and put it in your store instead.
Excellent app. It increased my store speed as well the SEO score. The customer service is also very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend it.
