Great customer service, great app for seo audit and really good for site speed
As with all free apps you'll eventually become the customer. Started off great but we've moved on.

We provide free plan an it's forever free, we never forced any customer by purchase the paid plan.
The free plan remains free, and we never cut down the limit/usages for any feature for free version.
In fact, we're adding more benefit for free plan.

Although we value every single customer, we can not tolerate lies and harassment.
We are not your content writers, this is completely out of scope of the work that we do with the app. You need to hire your own writers to carry out any content work that you have.
While we were working with trendbazarrs (bd8ac5-ad.myshopify.com) but you are using this Youtrendiy.com (994480-9a.myshopify.com) to provide us a review.
We have been nothing but being nice and supporting you with everything that we have. We went beyond our support by providing you with 13 blogs otherwise you threatened us with 1 star review (which, again, are not within our app's scope of support). But what we received was a series of harassments and curses.
You gave us 1 star, even though we already explained that those problems are YOUR content and they're not covered by the app's scope.
You also threatened us that if we do not bring his website to 100 on Google page speed, he will give a bad review, this is impossible since different website behave differently. Website A is 100, which does not mean your Website can get that too.
All in all, I thank you for your time using our service, but your manners and harassment are never welcome and appreciated.

I decided that it was finally time to get some help with optimizing my website. I came across the Tapita SEO & Speed app and after reading a number of reviews, I decided to install the free version. I scanned my site and was shocked by the number of errors I had and needed to be fix. I needed to dig deeper, so I went ahead upgraded to a paid version and after re-scanning I realized I was desperately in need of professional help. I used to chat feature, and Liam right there one ready to dive in to assist. With my permission, he was able to log in as a collaborator and he resolved the errors so quickly, I was amazing!! I rescanned my site with the tool and saw my score improve instantly. I'm a very happy customer thus far, glad I gave the app a chance.
I can say that it is the most successful application for optimising my store. Live support is very helpful.
