Tapita: SEO Optimizer & Speed

Im just learning about SEO and how vital it is to have it set up properly to increase traffic. I actually received this app with a theme I purchased off Etsy. It picked up SO MANY ERRORS on my site. I would have never known about these without the app. Still not knowing a lot about what this app offers I contacted support chat and Liam helped me. He very quickly helped me fix all the errors that came with the free plan. The one he wasnt able to fix he submitted to another part of their team. I do not understand a lot of what they offer just yet but the reviews and the customer service alone will keep me as a customer! I plan to upgrade to the first paid plan in hopes of increasing traffic. These guys are ready and willing to help you so download it now! Amazing customer support! I had literally opened the app in my Shopify admin after going live and started to look around when I got a message pop-up from the support team asking me if I wanted to fix my SEO errors! To my surprise, Liam was on the chat and ready to help with a huge amount of critical errors that were picked up after the first scan. He guided me through the steps needed and set up a bulk update template for me to fix missing meta descriptions as well as missing H1 headers. We went from around 40+ critical errors down to zero in no time. Liam also guided me on where to fix SEO manually in the app, which really helped me find my way around. Tapita has been super helpful for our website. Being able to scan for issues while we built the site and after launching was great. The image optimization is also great, even the free version. And their support is very quick and helpful. They were able to resolve my critical issues and a few "needs improvement" issues is just a few minutes.
