We usually don't write reviews, but after trying many Shopify "SEO apps" in the past I have to say Tapita so far has been phenomenal in customer service and ACTUALLY helping with our SEO errors! Hopefully this pays off and we can finally rank high on Google's first page search.

Our tech had helped and emailed to you several times that the problem was from a plug-in called "snaptrack". Even when you uninstalled our app, if you enable that plug-in, your website will stop loading.
It was not our app problem, proven by these two points:
1. When we helped you disable that plug-in => your website loads fine (with or without Tapita App)
2. When you uninstalled our app and enable that plug-in => website stops loading.
We've emailed you several times but seems the email didn't reach you, we also tried other contact methods. May you please contact us and address the misunderstanding?
