Worked with Liam this evening. He patiently answered all of my questions and walked me by hand through the platform. Honestly, I'm beyond blown away and so very grateful. Additionally he helped me find knowledge bases for my shopify account and helped me in so many ways (page speed, fixing errors, getting GTM set up, and indexed in Google)... so grateful. Not sure who manages Liam, but he needs a raise, I asked at least 25 really stupid questions and more than anything it was great to talk to a real person and not AI and not via email.
