I think the helper's name was LIAM. This service is amazing actually, this guy helped me resolve few Critical Errors ASAP. Went above and beyond to help me resolve this issue. I am actually thinking about changing the service to paid service. YES, I have a free version but their support was still amazing. RECOMMEND
