I have been speaking with Krystal today, and I can honestly say that I think this is the best customer service I've seen that I can remember.
Not only did she help with the problems that I was asking about, but also noticed a couple of other things that were wrong and fixed those too, and promised to send me a guide so I can fix it myself in the future (after theme update).
