Honestly, i didn't know what to expect, but they did some things for free, optimized my site, and boosted it to 94% SEO score. And now I am considering buying a subscription as there are a few more items need sorting out, and also I am regularly adding new products to the site, which needs optimizing. And yes a guy called Liam did this for me and I am very thankful!

Loving Tapita so far! A pleasant upgrade from the previous app I was using. It's very easy to understand and the interface is intuitive and responsive. I had questions about some of it's features and started a chat. I was happy to see I was chatting with a person, and had a response in under a minute! I am new to Shopify and learning a lot as I go. Great service and support team, I contacted them for SEO assistance and had the issue resolved within 30minutes of first contact. The live chat feature is brilliant and you can be walked through everything step by step as it happens.

Large increase in site speed, especially on the mobile end even with free plan. Customer service also helped fix my critical errors (at no cost). My site speed increased by 40% in 30 minutes with their help. Awesome.

I would recommend this app to others cos they have a good well trained customer service. I have meet with some customer agent from other app but there service response are just to poor. I can rate their service 8.5/10 their app has really improve my site and it's still getting better as much as I use their service. A nice and good app to improve your website.

So far, I've only used the free version, but it's pretty good.
I really liked the fact that you can also ask for help for free; when I need it, I will definitely pay for it.
