Initially, I was facing several technical issues such as missing H1 tags, multiple H1 tags, multiple favicons, do-follow external links, and the absence of Google Tag Manager (GTM) on my store. Max connected to my PC and spent considerable time diagnosing the problem, which turned out to be unrelated to SEO but rather an issue with an app on my system. He helped me uninstall the problematic app, resolving the issue.

They explained each step clearly and waited while I checked my email for approval requests and set up a new GTM account. They even handled more complex issues that required coding skills.
