amazing app, i've set it up today with their help and i would have had to pay someone technical to do what they fixed in seconds. lots to work on now, but i know they help instantly with their chat function!

This is my 2nd subscription for my 2nd store. People are very knowledgable, fast and helpful here. Tapita is one-of the must have app for Shopify stores. Liam helped me for the first SEO auditing for the both of them. He is really fast and kind. Mary is also very helpful. I dont remember others name but they are all working very well:) They are helping about everything they can help. They never say no. I highly recommend having this app for your store.

I installed this app one week ago. My site speed was only 23. I was able to double my speed and greatly increase my SEO score by following the initial steps. After developers made some changes to my theme I noticed my site speed slow significantly. I reached out to support because I had already done the easy things. They helped walk me through several more steps to improve SEO, and after gathering some information from me the speed issue was escalated to the tech team. They will go in and actually make improvements to the code for me, which was more than I expected. This is a really nice service for those who are not experts in code. I have the top tier plan but for the service it seems well worth the 49.99.

I worked with Remy later in the evening on 2.12.24 and I had just updated my Shopify theme & needed assistance with fixing a lot of errors that would have taken me about a month to do on my own.

Remy was very pleasant, knowledgeable, quick, and always asked permission & kept me updated on what's going on and the status.

Remy was also very patient with me as of course I was multi-tasking and didn't have my computer volume on and didn't hear the "ding".

I'm on the Advanced Plan & it's well worth the when you get someone of Remy's caliber in chat. I'm always hesitant to add yet another app to my Shopify store but I can tell you, hands down 100% the honest truth that this App is WELL WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY!
