Super easy to use if you know what your doing. If not the support team is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I didnt have a clue what i was doing and my support came on without hesitation and helped me without skipping a beat. what would have took me two hrs took 30 mins and my store speed increased majorly.

Our tech had helped and emailed to you several times that the problem was from a plug-in called "snaptrack". Even when you uninstalled our app, if you enable that plug-in, your website will stop loading.
It was not our app problem, proven by these two points:
1. When we helped you disable that plug-in => your website loads fine (with or without Tapita App)
2. When you uninstalled our app and enable that plug-in => website stops loading.
We've emailed you several times but seems the email didn't reach you, we also tried other contact methods. May you please contact us and address the misunderstanding?
