This app has really been a game-changer for me, I was a bit hesitant but I decided to give it a try and it's been working perfectly fine, brought in +20 orders on the 2nd month, and my store was quite recent, it wasn't even a month old when I installed it, so that says a lot about the work they put into this.

I recommend using this, BUT, before you do, build a bit of image around your store and get ranked on google/bing/etc to help it do it's job even better.

Very pleased with OL, they certainly get the orders. Had a few support issues and the staff who we've dealt with have been very professional and helped answer any questions. Our Shopify account (products) needed a bit of setting up so that we didn't sell products that we didn't have and removed those with a low margin.

Update 2025
It was good while it lastest. We even featured at number 15 in their top performing stores, however we've now gone from a few orders a day to 1 order in the past 2 months. So a total disaster.

This fantastic app has not just saved me time but also money. It has to be my favourite app. We have been getting many orders, and just paying for sales works so well for us.

Our orders through our website have more than doubled since we installed the app. It saves a ton of time as we don't have to manage and fund the ads, paying only for results is great! Even during our slower summer months, we're seeing over 500 orders per month generated from this app.

I should mention that there was a billing glitch earlier in the year. Some other reviews have mentioned duplicate charges. However, the team was quick to address the issue, refunded all the duplicate charges for our store, and have since improved their billing system.

If you're on the fence about the Google Shopping Autopilot app, I'd say give it a go. Worst case, it doesn't work, you've only spent a couple minutes of your time setting it up. For us at HappyCandy.co.uk, it's made a huge difference and I'm sure it can do the same for other Shopify merchants too.
