Shagufta spent countless hours with us working through a Google Merchant Center error that was NOT caused by AdNabu. Rather than saying "not our problem", Shagufta and their team proactively contacted various support reps to diagnose the root-cause, troubleshoot, and execute a fix (all with daily updates). 5 star service experience.

The reviews regarding pushing products with mismatch price are true, it happened to me, also for majority of the products the main image is not even the photo of the variant exported to google merchant, is just another random photo from the product link, so if you have multiple variants this could be a problem because is not pushing the right photo of the variant.

I got misinterpretation because of some products mismatch price, spam title (even if the variants had different models, they used same title for all of them), currency difference, and using the same photos for all variants (which is wrong because I had different models/designs, they app were showing only one photo for all designs). My merchant was reinstated after I deleted their products from my merchant and applied for review. I am really afraid to continue using their services.

UPDATE: IS been 3 months from this and they didn't updated the bug, if you are using multi currency just be careful, this is not the app designed for this, your merchant account will be suspended due to mismatch values that are pushed by this app.

Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass diese App die Standard Google / Youtube App von Shopify um Längen schlägt! Diverse für das Merchant Center wichtige Parameter können hier (regelbasiert) problemlos mitgegeben werden.
Der monatliche Preis von ca. 99,- € für den mittleren Tarif ist teuer, aber durch den mehr als kompetenten und freundlichen Support mehr als wert. Die Marktplatz-Funktion, beispielsweise für Bing, ist ein nützliches Add-on.
Ich habe für das GMC auch andere Tools ausprobiert und bin nach einem durchwachten Wochenende wirklich froh, hier bei Nabu gelandet zu sein.

Der Support war wirklich top! Neha hat sich schnell um unser Anliegen gekümmert und das Problem kompetent analysiert. Die Kommunikation war klar, freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Besonders positiv war, dass gezielt auf die Ursache eingegangen wurde und wir das Thema dadurch schnell beheben konnten.
