During the support call, adnabu employee asked me to upgrade to try one of the features, then once trial ended it started charging me 80 dollars although we don't use the app. I used write to support feature to ask for clarification but got no reply

During the support call, we recommended an upgrade so you could explore all the features, with the option to downgrade as needed. I just installed Nabu and the app quickly set up my Google shopping feed for my store. Just chatted with a rep and she was so kind and helped with articles to improve product score and a video link to watch. Like how accessible their support is! Recommend!

We upgraded from a previous app that was very slow. Before we needed to manually fix the GTIN info on the products; otherwise, the GMC would not approve it. The new update not only helped us automate the GTIN issue on the products, allowing them to be approve but also helped us improve the description and many missing fields that dramatically helped improve our product listings. Many thanks for Ashwitha and Sampy, and all AdNabu team for helping us fix and integrate the Shopping Feed App in our store.

Great App for Syncing with Google Merchant Center!

I've been using Nabu Google Feed to sync my Shopify store with Google Merchant Center, and it has made managing product feeds so much easier. The interface is simple and intuitive, categories are easy to assign, and the bulk edit feature saves a lot of time. The support team is always responsive and helps resolve any issues quickly. I'm very happy with the results, and my products are always up to date on Google! Highly recommend!

So far this app works well. Just that it recomends things that google neds up flagging as warnings. Like product title, they claim that it should be from 120-150 characters but then google give a warning for it for being too long, even when i set the title to 110 characters it says this. So to avoid risk of gmc suspension, i do not follow the title recommendation.

Everything else is goos though i have only been using it for a few hours

EDIT:

They contacted me and explain how google policies work, even sent me a link. Looks like the truncated title means that the entire title will not appear in certain views.

I have since changed my 3 star review to a 5 star because of how detailed they explained this issue. Will update more in the future if needed but for now. This app really is great.
