I have only just downloaded the app however its worth a mention that when I had some issues yesterday on my products being declined customer support ( Aswitha ) were excellent and resolved my issues very quickly.

fiperformance.com has over 150k products and most were throttled or killed by google for missing shipping and GTIN #'s which were all there but the google app sucks because it doesn't put the data in the right places. I don't have the time to mess with the feed with supplements and attribute control so I tried out this app and I wished I had found it sooner.
Very straight forward and the Nabu team was given access to my GMC and shopify and did their thing flawlessly. I have a lot less work on my plate and now need to fix things like missing images, overlays, policy violations because google thinks some car parts are weapons.
I also did screenshare with Sampy and she went over all the features of the app and made sure it was performing as it should.
The cost of the app for my low volume / high average order (over $1000) store is totally worth it and if it generates 1 sales a month it pays for itself and a lot more.

I have thousands of products and the app fails to import my products. I am sure you be fine with a small product range. But for me, it's not working. I will give the technical some time to get it working. But currently, I have wasted two days which is very disappointing.

I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience that was caused to you. We tried our level best to fetch your product data from your website.
I earlier notified you via email that your products not being visible in the app was being caused because the response was pending on the Shopify side regarding BulkGraphQL. Our app uses this method to fetch the product data from the website. This was not directly a bug on our side and products get immediately displayed in the app in all cases.
We have already taken care of this from our side.
You should always feel free to write back to me if you wish to give it a second try. Thanks for your understanding.
