The app is a great support for us in everyday business. It is intuitive and very quick and easy to set up. The data upload didn't work for us straight away, but customer support gave us excellent support! Very fast response and very committed to finding a solution as quickly as possible. I've rarely experienced such good customer support with Shopify Apps! :)

We have just started using the app, but so far it seems to offer exceptional services and customer service. Neha was extremely thorough and clear with her support and even followed up with exceptional care. The AI features have instantly boosted our product scores from poor to good. We have a fairly basic plan but may find ourselves upgrading if our Shopify/Google Ads experiment begins to pan out.

This app has really helped me to optimize my listings. If you are a small business with lots of products, this app will save you an immense amount of time and effort with built-in SEO, product attributes, etc. It also helps to correct issues with your google listings. The developers are responsive and easy to contact. They will even meet with you personally via Zoom. Highly recommend!

During the support call, adnabu employee asked me to upgrade to try one of the features, then once trial ended it started charging me 80 dollars although we don't use the app. I used write to support feature to ask for clarification but got no reply
