Amazing support team – fixed issues even Google couldn’t!
I’ve worked with a lot of feed apps, but FeedNexa has been the most reliable by far. Their support team (special shoutout to Vincent, Tracy, and Ben) is always quick to respond and actually takes ownership of the problem.
I had a long-standing issue with extra “default titles” showing up in my Google Merchant Center that no one could figure out – not even Google. FeedNexa jumped in, investigated, and the problem is gone. They also helped me sort out confusion caused by the Google & YouTube app pushing a conflicting feed, and made sure my new Merchant Center account synced properly without breaking anything.
The app itself runs smoothly, but it’s the support that makes it stand out. They’re patient, proactive, and genuinely care about getting results. If you want peace of mind with your GMC feed and a team that has your back, this is the app to use.

I have never come across an app that has such a speedy support service. Tracey helps in light speed. Also the app is super easy to handle. I found it so difficult to update Google Merchant Center errors as all my products were disapproved due to age/gender/currency null values. It was tiring to update on Google Merchant Center manually, specially when I have around 500 products in my store. And this app did it within few seconds. highly recommend the app, and it's worth the money.

I've received support from various apps on Shopify, but Omega Google Shopping Feed stands out from the rest. I reached out for help with resolving a GTIN issue in my Google Merchant Center Account and received an email from Grace. She provided clear instructions on filling in the missing fields and today, she guided me through the process of setting up the feed in Omega and GMC. I'm grateful for her assistance. What can I say...I was so confused and Joyce was amazing...she went above and beyond in helping figure out the issue and take me step by step in the process...even taking steps beyond the scope of what they do. The expertise and the professionalism was amazing, they don't make you feel dumb when you ask the dumb questions, especially if you are like me and need that extra support. If you don't understand the answer they will answer it a different way, until you do understand. The patience was great and I never felt rushed or like they wanted to get off the chat. It was a learning experience and if you have issues, or just need advice, they will do the utmost to make you feel comfortable and get it done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The app was pretty straight forward to set up, I had help from both Wendy and Joyce for minor issues I had and they were amazing in helping me sort them. I had a issue syncing up my products to the GMC. My only complaint is I think the "Fetch Data" button should be moved from the price plan section to the dashboard section. Other than that, everything was straight forward.
