FeedNexa Google Shopping Feed

I was using this app to manage products for my business and it seemed to be working fine. Support team were very helpful in investigating and resolving some syncing issues we had between the app and Merchant Center as well as providing some great tips. Anna from Omega and I tried to use the feed for Facebook (and the other social channels). Unfortunately, it didn't quite work yet, but that was certainly due to our article configuration in Shopify. Anna gave me great advice and helped me along. I am very happy with the service and will come back to her as soon as I have found a solution for us.

The installation is super easy, the app functions well, and the customer support is excellent. I chose the free package, and it works perfectly for me.

Used Omega for a month while searching for alternatives to the main Google Channel app. On the positive side, it is fairly straightforward and does pretty much what it says it will do—which, for the free tier, it quite a bit. If you have a small inventory without many variants, this app is a decent budget solution. It doesn't sync incorrect tax and shipping settings like the official Google Channel app, which was a huge plus. However, the functionality is hit or miss. For example, Omega was set to sync products to Google Merchant Center every week, but our products nearly expired a month later because it did not sync after the initial setup. I had to manually press the sync button. Variants kept being disapproved as well, due to how the product identifier was handled compared to other apps. Ended up switching to a different app that better met our needs.
