Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

I would definitely recommend Symprosys to anyone who's goal is to grow with google. Their Customer Support is fast and phenomenal ! I was going through an issue with google and simprosys customer support was very very helpful!

Simprosys google shopping feed has an amazing Support team and the feed system that is totally helpful.

I tried to upload our store products yesterday to be linked with google merchant, and because of the settings I selected, I had error messages. I thought the errors were due to time, so I thought I would work on it again today, but I couldn't fix the mistakes. I then decided to chat with the team, who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Within a few seconds, they could get to the root of the problem and fix it within minutes. I am delighted with the service.
Using the app to get products from my Shopify store was easy, in just a few clicks. Had I not done something wrong, I would have finished in minutes. Hassle-free. Thanks to the team!

This app makes it so very easy to add your products to googles shopping feed. You are required to have an adwords account, but this program / app leads you through every step to make sure you do things correctly. If you need assistance their support team is always quick and responsive as well.

The customer support is very helpful. I have a suggestion though, I'm keen to implement Dynamic Retargeting, however, the 'must read' doc in the app is not 100% clear. It doesn't say how to check in Google Ads if the dynamic retargeting has been implemented correctly. In fact, I checked in Audience Source in Google Ads account which shows an error. The support person told me to wait for some time, then advised the error might not disappear as it could be a google compatibility issue. It would be great if there's more doc explaining this within the app. Overall, great app, good customer service.

Very Easy to Integrate your Products on Google and Facebook. Support has been great so far. There is a Free Trial so you have Nothing To Lose. I would recommend this to new and old shops looking to expand their markets.
