Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

It has been good. I liked the customer service better when your hours were better. I have to time it before I go to bed to get help. But at least you help unlike Google.

Simprosys is always helpful. Over the past year, every time I reach out, they help me resolve my data feed issues. I actually haven't had an issue they didn't help me with yet. My favorite software team to work with.

Support was very quick, responsive and helpful and the app seems fairly straightforward to use with google and bing

The app is great for syncing your products to Google Merchant Center and helping you to process your data for Google Shopping Ads. The support team are also fantastic. Had a big issue with syncing my metadata with my Shopify CSV uploads, and they dug deep over a 24 hour period to get everything working properly for me, and to ensure that it would work properly for me every time I needed that functionality. Thanks so much - I would most definitely recommend this app.

Amazing app. Helped us get set up quickly to promote thousands of products onto our Google Ads accounts and set up promotions quickly on Google Ads. The customer service is fast and wonderful; they solve any issues quickly. The developer of the app got on a Skype call with me fast when I needed it to check the installation of the app with our Shopify store.

Exceptional support. For users unfamiliar with product data feeds, they help with step by step tutorials and will double check your feed to ensure it's error free and pushing the right product to each sales channel. Definitely recommend!!

Amazing support! I recently had an issue with a Google Merchant Center suspension and Nikunj took the time out to write a detailed response on things on my website that could cause it and he even included screenshots! It's not even a simprosys problem but he made sure to assist me as best he could, will never use another Google Shopping app ever!
